Cancellation Policy

Tee Time cancellations must be made no later then 11:00 am the day prior to the booking.

For example - To cancel a Thursday reservation one MUST phone VIP Golf by 11:00 am Wednesday morning.
VIP members cancelling inside of this period will be charged for the booking at the VIP’s member rate.
Please be aware that cancelling a reservations must be handled in the same way as booking one, both VIP Golf and the course must be contacted.

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS
VIP GOLF accepts cancellations for SEVERE weather conditions only. This includes heavy rains, lightning, snow and hail. Weather related cancellations must be made before you tee off.

NO SHOWS
Any VIP Golf member that has made a tee time with an affiliated golf course and fails to show up for that booked tee time will be charged by VIP Golf for a regular rate green fee.

RAIN CHECKS
VIP Golf does not issue rain checks. Once you have tee'd off the round is considered played.

If you have tee'd off and must stop due to conditions, please check with the pro shop as some courses will issue you a golf course rain Check.
